Concept Development

Creating a  co-operative pure sustainability platform, that provides the means for a viable quality life-style for BioSpace stakeholders.

BioSpace Sustainability Principles:

  • At BioSpace we believe that everyone deserves access to healthy, sustainably-grown food, by providing a productive eco-system with healthy plants, water, bacteria and life into the home. This will achieve happiness, fulfillment, and a stronger connection to the planet that sustains us all. BioSpace is on a mission to empower individuals and communities on a cooperative basis, to grow healthy foods for themselves, by providing them with sustainable infrastructures and the know-how they need to grow food in a holistic environment.
  • Realisation of recurring revenue streams for stakeholders, from food crop and aqua culture production.

The Primary Objectives for the Concept are as follows:

  • Creating a long term independent and sustainable Off-Grid living/farming environment focused on growing Organic Food Crops for own consumption, as well as sales & marketing of excess food produce and or products through the BioSpace Co-op system.
  • Providing a long-term Revenue Stream for stakeholders through Organic Food Crop production focused mainly on the production of higher value food crops such as herbs, etc.
  • Providing the most up to date construction technologies to enable ultra cost effective Passive structures.
  • Integration of Renewable Energy technology for Lighting, Power generation, Waste Water recycling, Rain Water capture and on-site Black Water treatment
  • Minimising the impact of the BioSpace Structures on the environment.
  • Demonstration of a sustainable combined Living-Working Life-Style for the Micro Eco-Farms stakeholders.
  • Utilisation of the space efficient Vertical Gardens methodology.
  • Show casing the BioSpace Micro Eco-Farms Concept to roll out and market into other areas.
  • Developmentof the BioSpace Micro Eco-Farms Brand to multiply the Concept on a Franchise basis.
  • Creating a viable Strategy to slow down the Urban influx process that creates non-sustainable Townships, environments and squalor for the inhabitants.
